How can overseas trained doctors gain Australian permanent residency?
In Australia once you have attained General Registration you can apply to the Australian Department of immigration and multicultural and indigenous affairs allows overseas trained doctors to obtain permanent residency. If you do not obtain full Australian medical registration. You would need to complete the pathway for RACGP assessment.
What is a GP?
